Welcome to dayzcheats.store. These Terms govern your access to and use of the site, our products, and our services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the site or using any product we distribute, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our products. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and rules applicable to you in your jurisdiction, including any terms of service imposed by third parties on games or platforms you use our product with.
3. Product description
We offer a subscription-based overlay product for DayZ. The product is provided AS IS, with no warranty of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Compatibility with your hardware, your version of Windows, and any particular game build is not guaranteed.
4. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one instance of the software for your personal, non-commercial use only. One active license binds to one device (identified by a hardware fingerprint — "HWID"). Rebinding to a new device may be arranged through support.
5. Payment
Fees are stated in EUR and payable in the accepted cryptocurrencies displayed at checkout. All payments are final once the underlying blockchain transaction confirms and the license is activated. See our Refund Policy for the narrow exceptions.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source form of any component of our product.
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or share access to the product or your account.
- Use the product in a manner that violates any applicable law, or the terms of service of any game or platform, to the extent that use is your personal responsibility rather than ours.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, licensing, or telemetry mechanism used by the product.
7. Account
One account per person. Sharing credentials with anyone else is a breach of these Terms and will result in termination without refund. HWID bindings are enforced at the license level. Support may reset an HWID binding on request; frequency and eligibility are at our discretion.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or product at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (or no reason), including but not limited to breach of these Terms, evidence of fraud, or a chargeback attempt. Prepaid subscription time is not refundable on termination for cause. See the Refund Policy for edge cases.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the site or the product is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence, to the extent permitted. Where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply, they take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
